Derringer Classic

Q107 Derringer Classic 2009
Message from CCAA Founder, Executive Director,
Ellen Campbell

Although I founded the CCAA in 1993, it has been our relationship with John Derringer and Q107 that has been a key factor in our exponential growth over the past five years. Because of their support, we have some of the most loyal sponsors and partners, many of whom were  present at the Derringer Charity Classic.  On behalf of CCAA, I want you to know that it is a privilege to be associated with you.  Thank you to all!

In what has been deemed a difficult economy, rather than opting out of community support, you, our sponsors, are thinking outside of the box and coming up with new and very creative ways to donate your goods, services, finances and volunteer hours.  This makes it possible for us to also reach out in new ways and with new partners.

We are a national, non-profit, charitable organization, continuously involved in lobbying for legislative change and so we take no government funding.  That makes us totally reliant on the generosity of corporations like Q107, Corus Entertainment and committed individuals like John Derringer and you.  We support nearly 130 agencies, shelters, children
