When you leave an abusive situation, there’s often no time to gather your things—no time to plan, just the need to be safe. That’s where Delivering Hope comes in.
Delivering Hope is a program that provides women, and sometimes children and men, with essential items like clothing, housewares, personal care products, and more to help them begin again with dignity. Whether you’re starting over in a new space or trying to rebuild after loss, we’re here to help you take that first step toward healing. This program offers:
- Clothing for women, children and sometimes men.
- Toiletries and personal care items.
- Bedding, housewares and small furnishings.
These items help survivors regain a sense of stability and comfort as they begin a new chapter.
2. How to Access the Program
To access the Delivering Hope Program, you will need a referral from a Case Worker at a support agency.
If you already have a case worker, let them know you would like to access the program. They will check your eligibility and refer you directly to us.
If you don’t have a case worker you can request support by filling out the form on our website. Once we receive your infomration we will connect you to a local agency that can help you access the program.
Please note: This program can only be accessed once.
3. What to Expect at Your Appointment
Once your referral is received, we’ll contact you, or your case worker to schedule your visit. Here is what to expect:
- Appointments last 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Please arrange for childcare as children cannot attend.
- Bring someone to translate if you do not speak English.
- Our space is on the second floor and our building does not have an elevator.
- You will receive several items so transportation is recommended.
If you need to reschedule, please let us know. After three missed appointments without notice, we won’t be able to rebook you.

If you are unsure where to begin, don’t worry. You’re not alone. Whether you need help finding a case worker, have questions about the program or need assistance with your appointment, our team is here to support you with care and compassion.
